COVID-19 Amendments to Standard Terms and Conditions
Cancellations: If, due to COVID-19, a national or local lockdown is imposed and you or we have to cancel your holiday before it begins, we will refund all payments made by you to us. Where you have already begun your holiday and are obliged to cut it short for the same reasons, we will refund the rental for the remaining nights of your holiday.
If you or a member of your party experience symptoms of COVID-19 or discover that you have tested positive or are required to isolate due to close contact with a person that has tested positive and as a result you have to cancel your holiday OR if this happens and your holiday has already begun, you must advise us immediately and if already in site, make your way home as soon as possible. In these circumstances no refund will be made and we strongly advise that you purchase suitable travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday, which includes cover for COVID-19 related risks.
Visitors: Until all COVID restrictions are lifted we will not allow guests to invite visitors onto our site.
Some hospitality outlets and local attractions, including those on our Local Area Attractions and Amenities page, may not be open or not operating a full service. You are strongly advised to check with individual venues online or by telephone when planning your holiday as you may need to book or reserve time slots in advance.
