COVID-19 Amendments to Standard Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: If, due to COVID-19, a national or local lockdown is imposed and you or we have to cancel your holiday before it begins, we will refund all payments made by you to us. Where you have already begun your holiday and are obliged to cut it short for the same reasons, we will refund the rental for the remaining nights of your holiday.

If you or a member of your party experience symptoms of COVID-19 or discover that you or they have tested positive or are required to isolate due to close contact with a person that has tested positive and as a result you have to cancel your holiday OR if this happens and your holiday has already begun, you must advise us immediately and if already on site, make your way home as soon as possible. In these circumstances no refund will be made and we strongly advise that you purchase suitable travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday, which includes cover for COVID-19 related risks.
